Thank you for your interest in LAS ALAMAEDAS banquet and party plan. We handle banquets for private parties as follows:

BANQUET- GENERAL INFORMATION

The Noah and Chulavista room do not require a minimum consumption Monday-Thursday except for parties booked in December.

  • A $1000.00 minimum consumption is required for the Chulavista Room
  • A $1500.00 minimum consumption is required for the Noah’s Room
    (These minimums are for Friday and Saturday only, except for December)

  • A $3500.00 minimum consumption is required for Saturday 11:00am - 3:00pm
    TAX (8.25%) and GRATUITY (20%) and CASH BAR are are NOT included in above minimum.

  • A $300.00 deposit is required for under 40 people
  • A $400.00 deposit is required for over 40 people
  • A $500.00 deposit is required in December
    deposits are deducted from your final bill. Deposits are not refundable.

  • A minimum consumption of $1500.00 is required for the Chulavista Room in December. TAX (8.25%) and GRATUITY (20%) are NOT included. CASH BAR NOT INCLUDED IN MINIMUM.

  • A minimum consumption of $2500.00 is required for the Noah’s Room in December. TAX (8.25%) and GRATUITY (20%) are NOT included. CASH BAR NOT INCLUDED IN MINIMUM.

  • TENTATIVE RESERVATIONS WILL BE HELD FOR TWO WEEKS MAXIMUM WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.

  • TENTATIVE RESERVATIONS WILL BE HELD FOR TWO WEEKS MAXIMUM WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.
  • A menu selection is required 2 weeks prior to your function date.

  • A FINAL COUNT of guests will be necessary 2 days before a party. This is considered a guaranteed final count, and we will charge the minimum of this number plus any additional guests that attend.

  • Rice, Confetti, Bird Seed, and Rose Petals are not permitted on our premises. Use of the non-permissible items will result in a $150.00 clean up fee.
  • These rules also apply to the parking area.

  • PRICES AND MENU ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
    A room set-up fee will be charged for private rooms:
    LUNCH=$20.00 DINNER=$25.00

  • There is a $125.00 minimum service fee for private rooms on evening parties and $100.00 for lunch bookings, OR 20% Gratuity (whichever is greater).

  • BAR OPTIONS:
    For an OPEN BAR there is no bartender charge. (The host or hostess is purchasing the drinks.)

    For a CASH BAR there is a bartender fee. (Yourguests purchase their own drinks.)
    CASH BAR FEE IS $1.00 PER PERSON.
