Fajitas Las Alamedas
A complete fajita dinner includes choice of beef, chicken, shrimp or combination, served with rice, charo beans, cheese, sour cream, fresh guacamole, pico de gallo, homemade tortillas, chips and salsa.

Enchilada Buffet
Dinner includes choice of Enchiladas per person, Las Alamedas special rice, refried beans, chips and salsa. Your choice of beef, chicken, spinach or cheese. Salsa options are: red, green (tomatilo), or mole.

Tacos Buffet
A complete dinner with your choice of: Tacos al Carbon (beef), Chicken fajita or Cochinita Pibil, served with Las Alamedas rice, refried beans and pico de gallo.

Cazuelas Buffet
A gourmet taco experience! A medley of 1 or 3 different stews, prepared with a variety of species, served in the cazuelas. With red, green, and pico de gallo salsas. The buffet is served with tortillas.

STAFF

Bartenders are $30 per hour serving beverages provided by Las Alamedas Catering. Bartenders are $50 per hour if serving beverages provided by the host. Waiters and busboys from Las Alamedas share 15% gratuity. For groups of 15 or more 20% gratuity will be added to the check.
